  • • TruBridge is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst II to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role serves as the crucial link between market demands and our talented development teams, ensuring the successful design and implementation of TruBridge company applications. You will be instrumental in evaluating market requirements, translating them into precise functional and design specifications, and providing both business and technical expertise throughout the product development lifecycle. This position requires a deep understanding of industry needs, a knack for simplifying complex requirements, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, end-users, and internal development teams.
  • • As a Business Systems Analyst II, you will be expected to excel in all duties associated with a Product Development Analyst role, demonstrating a more profound comprehension of industry needs and product design principles. Your primary responsibility will be to elicit, organize, and distill requirements from a variety of sources, transforming them into clear, actionable specifications that guide our developers. This involves a sophisticated ability to simplify complex needs into manageable user stories and personas, ensuring that our development teams have the clarity they need to build exceptional products with minimal ambiguity.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves direct interaction with clients and end-users. You will be responsible for gathering feedback, understanding their challenges, and translating their experiences into functional requirements. This client-facing component requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport, manage expectations, and ensure that our product development aligns perfectly with market expectations and user needs. Your ability to effectively define non-functional requirements, such as performance, security, and usability, will be critical in delivering robust and user-friendly applications.
  • • You will play an active role in the feature acceptance testing process, validating that the developed features meet the defined requirements and quality standards. Furthermore, you will contribute to internal knowledge transfer, sharing your expertise and insights with other team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. This collaborative approach ensures that the entire team benefits from your deep understanding of the product and its market context.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, capable of working collaboratively in a problem-solving environment. You should be adept at navigating complex business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions that leverage technology effectively. Experience with business process re-engineering is highly valued, as it indicates an ability to not only document current states but also to envision and design optimized future states.
  • • This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure that all issues are resolved to completion. You must be comfortable acting both independently, taking ownership of your responsibilities, and as a collaborative team member, contributing to shared goals. Your ability to work analytically and flexibly in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success.
  • • TruBridge is committed to developing cutting-edge applications that meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry. As a Business Systems Analyst II, you will be at the forefront of this innovation, contributing directly to the success and growth of our company by ensuring our applications are not only functional but also intuitive, efficient, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
