📋 Description

• • The Business Systems Analyst II serves as a critical liaison between business and technical teams to translate business needs into system solutions that support Travel + Leisure Co.’s mission to put the world on vacation.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include eliciting and analyzing requirements through interviews, workshops, and documentation; developing requirements management plans; documenting system requirements; gaining consensus across stakeholders; supporting downstream teams; and participating in SOW reviews and change management.
• • Travel + Leisure Co. is a global leader in vacation ownership and travel membership, operating a growing portfolio of resort, travel club, and lifestyle brands with a focus on innovation, inclusivity, and delivering exceptional travel experiences.
