📋 Description
- • As a Customer Service Representative at Byram Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized, long-term care to patients by ensuring a positive customer service experience through education, issue resolution, and order processing.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and processing orders via fax and electronic platforms, making outbound calls to patients and referrals, utilizing tools for order entry, applying full product knowledge of Byram therapies, communicating effectively with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals, and sales teams, and consistently meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- • You will be part of Accendra Health, a nationwide healthcare organization with deep expertise in promoting health outside the hospital, operating through the Apria and Byram Healthcare brands to make essential products and services accessible across every stage of life.
- • In this role, you will develop strong communication and problem-solving skills, gain in-depth knowledge of home healthcare products and therapies, and build experience in a mission-driven environment focused on bringing care to life.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or equivalent required
- • 1-2 years of customer service experience required
- • Call center experience preferred
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Proficient with MS Office and ability to navigate multiple platforms
- • Ability to learn Byram products and therapies
