  • • As a CaaS Sales Manager at Coinbase, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of finance by enabling traditional financial institutions and fintech companies to leverage the power of blockchain and cryptocurrency.
  • • You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Coinbase's Crypto as a Service (CaaS) platform, a comprehensive suite of "crypto primitives" including custody, spot trading, derivatives, trade finance, staking, stablecoin access, wallet infrastructure, and payments tools.
  • • This is a client-facing role that demands a consultative approach, building deep trust and strategic relationships with executive-level partners at the world's largest financial institutions.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to originate new partnerships with a diverse range of entities, including fintechs, banks, and Payment Service Providers (PSPs), identifying opportunities where Coinbase's CaaS offerings can unlock significant value.
  • • You will meticulously manage the entire deal lifecycle, from initial due diligence and negotiation through to successful post-close integration and ongoing partnership success.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve advising partners on their product and business strategies, helping them navigate the complexities of the crypto market and develop innovative new offerings.
  • • You will act as a crucial liaison, working hand-in-hand with Coinbase's senior leadership, product teams, account management, solutions architecture, legal, and specialty sales teams to ensure seamless execution and partner satisfaction.
  • • You will be an advocate for your partners within Coinbase, channeling their feedback and needs to influence and shape our product strategy, ensuring our platform evolves to meet market demands.
  • • This role requires you to lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, coordinating efforts across internal teams and external partners to ensure successful and impactful rollouts.
  • • You will be instrumental in navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of the crypto market and traditional finance, identifying key use cases for banks and brokerages, with an initial focus on enabling trading, subcustody, and secured lending across retail, wealth, and institutional client segments.
  • • The scope of this role is dynamic and expected to expand as the CaaS platform and the markets we serve continue to evolve at a rapid pace.
  • • Success in this position hinges on your ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders at major financial institutions, understanding their business objectives and aligning them with Coinbase's capabilities.
  • • You will be expected to possess a strategic vision for the future development of the crypto market and translate this vision into actionable product recommendations and partnership strategies.
