- • As a CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) & RMS (Records Management System) System Manager at Motorola Solutions, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of critical public safety software solutions for our government clients.
- • This role is pivotal in delivering tailored technical customer operations support, focusing on the implementation and maintenance of complex systems that are vital for emergency response and law enforcement.
- • You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to enhance operational efficiencies by meticulously reviewing existing workflows, procedures, and overall system performance.
- • A key aspect of your responsibility will be to build and maintain robust, positive, and mutually beneficial working alliances with our government customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
- • You will proactively initiate problem-solving actions, conduct thorough root-cause analysis of system issues, and follow through to ensure complete and satisfactory resolution.
