  • • The Call Center Agent role at the Foundation for California Community Colleges supports the mission of enhancing the California Community Colleges system by providing essential customer service and technical assistance to families receiving social services across the state.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, assessing client eligibility for benefits, troubleshooting inquiries, documenting interactions in the CRM system, escalating complex cases, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience handling inbound and outbound service calls over the phone
