- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with benefit inquiries and plan features via Salesforce and SharePoint, supporting new client implementation and open enrollment setup, processing enrollments, researching eligibility issues, guiding clients on online administration systems, assisting with claims resolution, updating internal systems with benefits information, producing monthly utilization reports, and supporting senior management with special projects.
- • The team emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and a shared commitment to providing exceptional service, with a culture that values teamwork, adaptability, and making a daily difference for clients and their employees.

🎯 Requirements
- • Excellent verbal, written, and customer service communication skills with exceptional telephone etiquette, including active listening and clear, professional responses.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite, along with the ability to utilize internal systems such as Salesforce, SharePoint, and call center platforms to service clients effectively.
- • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task efficiently while maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality.
- • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities and deadlines, work well both independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- • Resident Department of Insurance Life License (required or obtainable within 3 months of start date) and ongoing compliance with CA Department of Insurance continuing education requirements for license renewal.
