📋 Description
- • As a remote Call Center Representative for AAA Roadside Assistance, you serve as the first point of contact for members in distress, providing compassionate, immediate support during roadside emergencies such as towing, lockout, fuel delivery, battery jump-starts, and minor mechanical issues.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include fielding incoming calls, assessing member needs, documenting details accurately, maintaining composure during high-stress situations, and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure timely dispatch of assistance.
- • You will work within a fast-paced, 24/7 operation as part of Auto Club Enterprises, the largest AAA club serving over 18 million members across 24 states, where your role directly contributes to delivering legendary service and member peace of mind.
- • In this role, you will develop strong customer service, crisis communication, and multitasking skills while gaining experience in emergency response coordination, with clear pathways for tenure-based pay increases, performance incentives, and career advancement within a stable, mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Prior customer service experience; call center experience is preferred
- • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus (assessment provided)
- • Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Empathy and a strong desire to help individuals in distress
- • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook, with ability to talk, type, and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

- • Starting pay of $18.85/hour with scheduled increases after 6 months and tenure-based growth up to $2.25/hour between 6–18 months
- • Weekend shift differential of 10% ($20.74/hour) and $1.00/hour bilingual premium for English/Spanish fluency
