- • A Call Center Sales Representative role focused on converting warm inbound leads into paid memberships for a fast-growing U.S. men’s grooming brand, supporting revenue growth through high-volume outbound phone engagement.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include making 100–200 outbound calls daily to warm leads from website forms, events, and marketing campaigns, building rapport quickly, guiding prospects through the sales process, closing recurring memberships and subscriptions, and consistently following up via phone and messages to hit conversion and activity targets.
- • Bullpen Talent, Inc. is a remote-first staffing partner supporting U.S.-based consumer brands with talent in Latin America; this role operates within a performance-driven, high-energy sales environment focused on B2C consumer engagement.
- • The representative will develop advanced phone sales techniques, improve conversion rates under performance metrics, gain experience in consumer subscription sales, and build a track record in high-volume closing that can lead to full-time opportunities and career growth in sales or account management.
