- • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls (100+ per day) to support patient resupply of medical products.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for creating and booking patient orders accurately and efficiently.
- • Complete all tasks on time while adhering to departmental procedures and quality service-level standards.
- • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve patient issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- • Monitor and maintain performance metrics related to call volume, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- • Work a fixed full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. CST, including two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunch.
- • Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining focus on data-entry accuracy and multitasking across multiple systems.
- • Deliver exceptional customer service through clear, professional verbal and written communication.
- • Operate within a HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a hardwired Ethernet internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).
- • Avoid use of Wi-Fi, satellite, cellular, or 5G internet connections; pass a required internet speed test during the interview process.
- • Adhere strictly to company policies, compliance standards, and call center protocols in all patient interactions.
- • Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy while handling a fast-paced, phone-based workload.
- • Support patient care by ensuring timely resupply of medical equipment and addressing patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma required
- • 1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills
- • Highly detail-oriented with a focus on data-entry accuracy
- • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- • Comfortable working independently
