  • • As a Customer Service Representative at Copart, you will play a vital role in coordinating vehicle releases and pickups by acting as the key point of contact between body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies, ensuring smooth and timely vehicle processing in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to body shops to confirm pickup details and obtain release authorizations, communicating with vehicle owners to secure necessary releases and arrange transport (including coordinating 3-way calls with tow companies), using the 'DeCode This' tool to retrieve VIN data, maintaining accurate records in the system, meeting daily performance targets of over 100 calls and 60+ live lots processed, participating in weekly team meetings via Microsoft Teams, adhering to company policies, and supporting teammates with additional tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role
  • • High school diploma or GED
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key
