  • • As a Canada Payroll Processor II at OneSource Virtual (OSV), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely disbursement of wages to our valued customers' employees. This position is integral to our mission of transforming HR, payroll, and finance functions through innovative technology and services, particularly for our Workday customers.
  • • You will operate within a dynamic customer team environment, taking on a team lead capacity to guide and support your colleagues. This involves assisting with complex process-related inquiries and expertly managing customer escalations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • • A core responsibility of this role is the meticulous processing of Workday settlements. This requires a deep understanding of the Workday settlement process and the dexterity to navigate and utilize multiple technology platforms concurrently, demonstrating a strong aptitude for technological integration.
  • • You will be expected to consistently meet established service level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines, showcasing your ability to multitask effectively, work with precision, and maintain a high degree of accuracy under pressure.
  • • Regular and professional telephone interaction with customers is a key aspect of this role. You will be the frontline for addressing queries, resolving issues, and fostering strong client relationships, providing clear, concise, and accurate information.
  • • This position is also involved in the critical process of new customer transitions. You will contribute to onboarding new clients, ensuring they are well-informed about OSV's processes and prepared for a seamless integration of our services.
  • • A keen eye for detail and robust analytical skills are paramount. You will be responsible for analyzing robotic process automation (RPA) results to maintain the integrity and accuracy of payroll data and processes.
  • • You will be the primary point of escalation for your customer team, addressing critical issues such as direct deposit reversals, stop and void checks, bank sweep inquiries, distribution document fulfillment, and clarifying Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and customer Payroll App functionalities.
  • • A significant duty involves reviewing and rectifying daily failure notifications that arise from automation issues, including any distribution documents that have encountered errors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
  • • You will actively participate in new customer transition meetings, leveraging your expertise to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience for our clients.
  • • As a subject matter expert (SME), you will be called upon to contribute to applicable special projects, bringing your in-depth knowledge to bear on strategic initiatives and process improvements.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a vital role in training new associates, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them develop the skills necessary to excel in their roles and contribute to the team's success.
  • • The role demands a strong ability to analyze and interpret complex information, coupled with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively and effectively.
