- • As a Technical Solutions Analyst at PointClickCare, you will serve as the first point of contact for technical support, playing a critical role in ensuring seamless operation of healthcare technology solutions used by over 30,000 provider organizations across long-term and post-acute care.
- • Day to day, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products and services, apply structured problem analysis using methodologies like the 5 W's and an H, collaborate with the technical support team to address recurring problems, maintain detailed documentation of support activities, and stay current with evolving technology trends.
