- • As the CAPEX and MRO Sourcing Manager at Hims & Hers Health, Inc., you will play a critical role in supporting operational excellence by managing capital expenditure planning and optimizing the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) function.
- • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across Operations, R&D, and facilities to translate functional needs into sourcing objectives, while building and maintaining relationships with key external suppliers for capital equipment and MRO materials.
- • Reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing, you will lead strategic sourcing events (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs), negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, and develop KPIs to ensure cost savings and compliance.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of strategic sourcing experience supporting operations, manufacturing, or fulfillment functions
- • Proven experience executing sourcing events in CAPEX and MRO categories
- • At least two years of people leadership experience
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence decisions across all levels of leadership
- • BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience
