đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Card Operations Specialist at Rain Technologies, Inc., you will be at the forefront of enabling next-generation payments by meticulously managing the end-to-end lifecycle of custom card issuance. This pivotal role demands an exceptional eye for detail, a robust understanding of operational workflows, and the ability to navigate complex compliance requirements. You will serve as the central point of contact, orchestrating interactions between our valued clients, internal stakeholders across various departments, global card networks such as Visa, and our trusted manufacturing partners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every custom card design not only meets stringent network standards but also adheres to production timelines, ultimately delivering a seamless and branded payment experience for our partners.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve a deep dive into the intricacies of card design management. This includes acting as the primary liaison for clients, guiding them through the submission process, and ensuring their custom card design requests are complete, accurate, and meet all technical specifications. You will meticulously review design files, verifying correct format, resolution, and color profiles to prevent production issues. Maintaining an organized and up-to-date repository of all card design files will be crucial, alongside diligently tracking the approval status and proactively communicating updates to both internal teams and clients.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be the virtual card submission process to Visa. You will be responsible for submitting approved designs through Visa's online portal, diligently monitoring approval timelines, and initiating follow-ups as necessary. Should Visa provide feedback or reject a design, you will be the key coordinator for any required edits, ensuring swift resolution. Maintaining a comprehensive record of all Visa communications and approval details will be essential for compliance and future reference.
  • • Furthermore, you will oversee the physical card manufacturing process. This involves sending final, approved designs along with detailed production specifications to our manufacturing partners. You will coordinate the review of both digital and physical card samples to ensure absolute accuracy against the approved designs. Tracking the production progress and providing internal teams with accurate delivery timelines will be a key responsibility. Any potential manufacturing issues or deviations will need to be promptly flagged and escalated to the appropriate internal teams for swift resolution.
  • • You will also be instrumental in managing Third-Party Agent Forms, specifically for new partners integrating with Visa. This entails accurately completing and submitting these required forms and diligently tracking their approval status, ensuring all records are kept up-to-date. Your contribution to reporting requirements for third-party vendors will be vital for maintaining strong partner relationships and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • • In terms of administration and communication, you will host regular weekly project syncs with vendors to guarantee the timely execution of projects and the smooth flow of operations. Maintaining detailed project trackers and submitting regular status reports will be a core duty, ensuring transparency and accountability. You will be responsible for keeping all relevant teams informed of project progress, potential delays, or any roadblocks encountered. Proactive escalation of complex issues to management or relevant stakeholders will be critical for timely problem-solving and decision-making, ensuring that Rain Technologies continues to deliver exceptional service and innovative payment solutions.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a hypergrowth company at the cutting edge of fintech and payments. You will work alongside a passionate team of builders and veteran founders, with the chance to make a significant impact on the company's roadmap and vision. If you are curious, bold, and eager to shape a borderless financial future, this is the role for you.
