- • The Cardiac Account Specialist (CAS) for Rare Disease at Pfizer is responsible for executing sales strategy for Vyndamax and driving ATTR-CM disease awareness among healthcare providers, including cardiologists and advanced practice providers, within the Minneapolis/St. Cloud region and surrounding areas.
- • Day-to-day activities include prioritizing customer opportunities, developing territory business plans, utilizing approved marketing resources to educate customers, building relationships with key stakeholders, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and adapting messaging to complex selling environments involving specialists and care teams.
- • Pfizer is a global biopharmaceutical leader committed to delivering safe and effective medicines, with a science-driven, compliance-focused culture that values innovation, integrity, and patient impact. The Rare Disease team focuses on underserved therapeutic areas where specialized expertise can significantly improve patient outcomes.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in ATTR-CM disease state, diagnostic procedures, and Vyndamax clinical profile; sharpen advanced selling and account planning skills; gain experience in rare disease and specialty cardiovascular markets; and contribute to meaningful patient impact through compliant, ethical sales practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience strongly preferred
- • Bachelor’s Degree required OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience
- • Demonstrated history of strong teamwork / collaboration
- • Strong analytical skills required with a demonstrated history of applying market/customer insights to inform sales planning and execution
- • Consistently follows and supports company policies
- • Must have effective interpersonal, organizational, communication skills, and the ability to advance and influence the acceptance of ideas
- • Ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as necessary
- • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards (no DUI/DWI in past 7 years)

- • Annual base salary range of $108,600 - $250,700
