- • Drives sales in assigned territory by engaging with healthcare providers both in-person and virtually to promote Pfizer’s cardiovascular therapies for NVAF and VTE.
- • Develops and implements territory-specific business and call plans to maximize customer engagement and sales effectiveness using live and digital engagement strategies.
- • Builds and maintains strong relationships with prescribers, HCPs, institutions, and organizations within the territory through compliant, knowledge-based interactions.
- • Leverages internal reports and analytics to identify strategic business opportunities and tailor promotional efforts to customer needs and market dynamics.
- • Compliantly educates healthcare providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions using approved clinically oriented disease state information and patient resources.
- • Utilizes digital and virtual tools effectively to maintain customer engagement, conduct remote detailing, and support ongoing therapeutic education.
- • Collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams to address customer inquiries, align on business objectives, and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- • Completes all administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements, accurately and in a timely manner.
- • Adheres strictly to all Pfizer compliance policies, federal and state transparency laws, and industry regulations in all customer interactions and promotional activities.
- • Maintains a valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record compliant with company standards; no DUI/DWI or impaired driving citations within the past 7 years.
- • Resides within 25 miles of the territory border, which includes Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Castle Rock, and Littleton.
- • Participates in initial sales training as a salary non-exempt employee, with transition to overtime exempt status upon certification.
- • Eligible for a quarterly Sales Incentive bonus in addition to base salary, with compensation ranging from $76,000 to $199,600 annually.
- • Operates as a Health & Science Professional (HSP) within Pfizer’s Cardiology (CARD) Team, contributing to the mission of delivering breakthrough therapies to patients with cardiovascular conditions.
- • Demonstrates strong business acumen, analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of cardiovascular disease states and related therapeutics.
- • Applies customer engagement expertise to adapt communication styles across virtual and in-person environments while maintaining compliance and professionalism.
- • Works remotely in collaboration with cross-functional teams to support Pfizer’s global commitment to improving patient outcomes through science-driven innovation.
