- • As a Care Expert at Alan SAS, you will be the trusted guide for members, transforming complex healthcare requests into delightful, human-centered experiences by providing meaningful solutions, swift responses, accurate information, and transparent guidance.
- • Your day-to-day work will involve 80% dedicated to member support across email, chat, and phone (call-back only), and 20% leading innovative Care projects such as designing member empowerment initiatives, improving team structures, or driving process excellence through data insights and end-to-end implementation.
- • Alan is a vertically integrated health partner uniting insurance and smart healthcare delivery, serving over 950K+ members across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada, with a mission to make prevention the new norm of care and turn health benefits into employers’ most valuable investment.
