  • • Serve as a trusted guide for Alan members by transforming complex healthcare inquiries into clear, empathetic, and timely solutions across email, chat, and phone (call-back only).
  • • Master the intricacies of the French healthcare system and the unique needs of B2B corporate partners who use Alan as their health insurance provider.
  • • Deliver accurate, transparent, and human-centered guidance to ensure members receive the support they need without delay.
  • • Spend 80% of your time directly supporting members, ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, efficient, and delightful.
  • • Dedicate 20% of your time to leading innovative Care projects that improve member experiences and team effectiveness.
  • • Identify inefficiencies in Care processes and implement data-driven improvements that scale across the team.
  • • Lead end-to-end implementation of projects such as member empowerment initiatives, Care team structure redesigns, or cross-functional product innovations.
  • • Collaborate with peers to build high-performing project teams and inspire fellow Alaners through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
  • • Contribute to the growth of the Care team by helping attract, onboard, and retain top talent.
  • • Embrace a written-first, radically transparent culture where all information is accessible and decisions are made asynchronously.
  • • Operate with distributed ownership—take accountability for your decisions and outcomes while aligning with Alan’s mission to make prevention the new norm in healthcare.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Full working proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • • Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic, high-quality customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
  • • Strong initiative and ability to lead projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • • Comfort navigating complex systems and translating them into simple, actionable guidance for users
  • • Experience thriving in remote, autonomous, and fast-moving environments with high ownership expectations
  • • Bonus: Prior understanding of the French healthcare system
