- • The Care Operations role at Finary is pivotal in transforming customer support from reactive ticket resolution to proactive system intelligence, ensuring that complex, high-stakes financial issues are resolved with empathy while continuously improving AI and product systems.
- • Day to day, you will spend ~50% of your time handling complex, edge-case customer inquiries across brokerage, life insurance, crypto, and wealth management — requiring deep investigation, technical understanding, and empathy — and ~50% on system improvement, including root-cause analysis, playbook creation, AI training, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering to turn insights into product fixes.
- • You will join a high-performing, ambitious team at Finary, a fast-growing fintech scale-up backed by $25M Series B funding from top-tier investors including PayPal Ventures, Y Combinator, and Qonto founders, serving 850,000 users with a mission to revolutionize personal finance through technology and trust.
