- • The Care Operations Associate is the operational backbone of member activation, ensuring every administrative step between member enrollment and treatment initiation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include running benefit eligibility checks, managing prior authorizations, chasing down unsigned documents, coordinating clinical staffing and medication shipping, handling inbound calls, maintaining compliant documentation, and continuously improving workflows.

- • In this role, you will gain ownership over critical operational processes, develop expertise in healthcare operations and specialty pharmacy workflows, and have the opportunity to build scalable systems that directly impact patient care and employer savings.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years in a healthcare administrative or operations role supporting prior authorization or eligibility verification
- • Familiarity with payer portals, PA workflows, and follow-up/appeal processes
- • Proficiency with CRM or EHR systems and document management platforms, including fax
- • Proven track record managing high volumes of detailed work without dropping the ball
- • Comfort coordinating across provider offices, payers, pharmacy partners, staffing agencies, and internal teams
- • Strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work independently during CST business hours in a fully remote setting
