📋 Description
- • Are you a seasoned operational leader with a passion for driving impactful healthcare initiatives? Brightline Interactive Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Team Program Manager or Senior Care Team Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives at the intersection of clinical strategy and operational execution, bringing discipline, rigor, and a results-oriented approach to our care delivery.
- • As the operational counterpart to our clinical leadership, you will be instrumental in translating high-level care priorities into structured, actionable programs. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our clinical initiatives are not only well-defined but also meticulously executed, on time, and within scope. You will own critical decisions regarding resource allocation and prioritization, acting as the linchpin that keeps our clinical programs on track and aligned with our overarching mission to provide exceptional mental health care to families and children.
- • Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, you will serve as a trusted operational thought partner. Your ability to bridge the gap between strategic vision and practical implementation will empower our clinical leaders to concentrate on clinical strategy, quality of care, and innovation, while you manage the execution engine. This role demands a proactive individual with direct authority over clinical project resources and timelines, ensuring seamless progress from conception to completion.
- • Key responsibilities within this role include:
- • *Care Program & Project Leadership:**
- • Take full ownership of the end-to-end project management lifecycle for our most critical care initiatives. This encompasses everything from initial scoping and detailed planning to rigorous execution, successful launch, and comprehensive post-implementation evaluation.
- • Serve as the central point of coordination for all care-related projects, maintaining a holistic view of active and upcoming initiatives, identifying and managing interdependencies, and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- • Skillfully translate complex care priorities into clear, concise, and actionable project plans, complete with realistic timelines and well-defined deliverables, ensuring robust alignment with both operational efficiencies and broader business objectives.
- • Proactively identify potential risks, operational bottlenecks, and critical tradeoffs. You will be empowered to escalate decisions as needed, ensuring that projects maintain momentum and stay on course.
- • *Cross-Functional & Interdisciplinary Collaboration:**
- • Act as a key clinical stakeholder and trusted advisor on cross-functional initiatives spearheaded by other departments such as Product, Operations, and Marketing. Your input will be crucial in ensuring that clinical considerations are thoughtfully integrated into all aspects of our services.
- • Design, scope, and integrate sophisticated multidisciplinary collaboration models, with a particular emphasis on fostering seamless teamwork between our coaching, therapy, and psychiatry service lines, as well as hybrid clinic models.
- • Drive the consistent and effective integration of collaborative elements into the daily workflows and regular meetings of our care teams, promoting a unified approach to patient care.
- • Facilitate the development and maintenance of strong, synergistic partnerships across all care disciplines, with the ultimate goal of enhancing care quality, providing robust clinician support, and improving patient outcomes.
- • *Operational Excellence & Visibility:**
- • Establish and refine lightweight yet highly effective project management frameworks that are agile and well-suited to the fast-paced nature of our care environment.
- • Develop and maintain clear, concise visibility into the status, priorities, and outcomes of all care projects for executive leadership and care team leaders, fostering transparency and informed decision-making.
- • Assume the role of the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for the execution of clinical initiatives, holding ultimate accountability for on-time delivery and the achievement of desired outcomes.
- • Expertly prioritize and sequence clinical projects, particularly when faced with capacity constraints or competing timelines, ensuring that our most critical efforts receive the necessary focus.
- • *Priority Care Initiatives & Program Execution:**
- • Lead the comprehensive planning, scoping, and execution of high-priority care initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to, developing and implementing daytime and summer utilization programs, advancing multidisciplinary care integration, enabling care quality through innovative tools (such as AI), and spearheading clinician engagement efforts.
- • Ensure that all initiatives are appropriately resourced, delivered punctually, and remain fully aligned with our strategic care, operational, and business goals.
- • This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on the delivery of pediatric mental health care, working within a mission-driven organization that is at the forefront of innovation. If you are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in operational leadership and a dedication to improving patient lives, we encourage you to apply.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in senior program/operations management within healthcare, digital health, care operations, or similarly complex, cross-functional environments.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities, successfully navigating complex project landscapes.
- • Strong comfort and proven success in partnering with senior care and care operations leaders, with the ability to influence effectively without direct authority.
- • Proven experience in translating ambiguous, evolving care needs into structured, scalable operational processes and project plans.
- • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a keen ability to build rapport and drive consensus across diverse teams.
- • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, venture-backed environment is strongly preferred, indicating adaptability and resilience.
- • Experience partnering with C-suite or VP-level clinical leaders as a strategic operational thought partner, demonstrating a deep understanding of clinical operations.
- • A clinical background is not required; however, the ability to quickly learn and operate effectively within care settings is essential for success in this role.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision insurance plans, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, and 401k retirement savings plan.
- • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO), 12 Company Holidays, a Holiday Shutdown period, and comprehensive Parental Leave.
- • Health and Wellness Stipend, Home Office Reimbursement, and Professional Development Reimbursement to support your well-being and growth.
- • Stock Options, offering a stake in the company's success and growth.
- • Competitive, geo-based compensation that is performance and potential-based, with an annual base salary range of $120,000-$180,000.
