  • • The Case Entry Specialist plays a vital role in supporting healthcare providers’ revenue cycle operations by ensuring accurate and timely transcription of client data from Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) into CorroHealth’s proprietary systems, directly contributing to financial health outcomes for clients.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include transcribing information from clients’ EMRs into required electronic formats with meticulous attention to accuracy; monitoring shared inboxes and internal request dashboards to track incoming work; receiving and documenting emails, calls, tickets, and voicemails; following up with clients or internal staff via phone or email to gather missing information; exporting and uploading documents using CorroHealth’s Versalus Health system; and being cross-trained to assist other departmental functions as needed.

You’ll gain experience in HIPAA-compliant data handling, cross-functional collaboration, and process adherence—building a foundation for advancement into senior operational, analytical, or specialist roles within healthcare operations or revenue cycle management.

🎯 Requirements

  • • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, MS Teams, internet search engines, and accurate keyboarding skills; ability to maneuver between multiple screens
  • • Demonstrated ability to work independently while being a team player, with strong organizational skills, initiative, and critical thinking
  • • Strict adherence to HIPAA/HITECH compliance standards; prior experience with hospital EMRs preferred; Salesforce experience is a plus
