- • Case Managers at Finch Legal ensure personal injury cases in Illinois and Ohio progress efficiently by managing the operational core of pre-litigation, enabling attorneys to act on complete and timely information.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include opening insurance claims, managing carrier communication, requesting and tracking medical records and police reports, monitoring lien and subrogation issues, partnering with paralegals for demand drafting, and identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
- • The Legal Operations team at Finch Legal is composed of top-tier legal professionals dedicated to delivering precision, speed, and care for law firm partners and injured clients, leveraging next-generation technology to scale impact with humanity.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in personal injury case workflows, strengthen your process optimization and stakeholder coordination skills, and contribute to a mission-driven team focused on justice and equity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in legal operations, case management, or claims handling
- • Experience handling personal injury cases in Illinois or Ohio
- • Process-driven and detail-oriented mindset
- • Effective communication with clients and attorneys
- • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- • Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred, not required)
