- • The Casualty Design Senior Manager role at The Allstate Corporation is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pre-Litigation, Litigation, and Risk Management projects within the 3rd Party Casualty area to support strategic goals and improve risk mitigation, loss and expense cost management, and corporate growth.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include driving innovation by identifying process improvements, ensuring staff maintain customer connections, fostering employee engagement and diversity, collaborating with Delivery and Legal teams, analyzing industry trends to anticipate challenges, leading teams in aligning their work with organizational objectives, partnering with senior leadership on talent management, and leading design efforts to enhance business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in litigation and handling complex claims
- • 5-7 years of experience in leadership roles
- • Design or project management experience
