📋 Description
- • The Catalight Research Institute Associate – Psychologist role is pivotal in advancing the organization’s mission to reimagine healthcare through research, training, and inclusive, equity-informed strategies that support clients, families, and communities across behavioral health initiatives.
- • Day to day, the associate will serve as an instructor for Catalight Academy capstone and advanced certification courses (including RUBI, Compass-Behavioral, Calibrate, Chat, and Everyday ABA), review and grade learner assignments, contribute as a subject matter expert to program development and manuscript writing, assist in IRB protocol preparation, support research initiatives, draft and edit peer-reviewed manuscripts, participate in clinical case consultations, attend 2–4 conferences annually to present findings, and collaborate on special projects as assigned.
