📋 Description

  • Sell a full portfolio of anterior cataract surgery products, including capital equipment such as Unity, Ngenuity, and Microscopes, to hospital, ASC, instructing institutions, managed care, and buying group personnel.
  • Engage with key decision-makers across multiple departments including O.R. staff, Purchasing, Administration, Biomed, Infection Control, and Central Sterile to drive equipment adoption and sales.
  • Lead targeted sales efforts for Centurion, Revalia, Ngenuity, and Unity platforms within assigned division, collaborating with divisional teams to align resources and maximize sales success.
  • Generate qualified leads, develop customized sales proposals, manage product demonstration evaluations, and conduct post-sale equipment in-services to ensure customer proficiency and satisfaction.
  • Protect and grow Alcon’s consumable core business by converting customers to Alcon capital technology platforms through strategic product and technology innovation.
  • Deliver technical and clinical value by working directly with customers to fully utilize the capabilities of Centurion and Revalia platforms, ensuring optimal operational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with commercial, technical, clinical applications, training, and finance personnel to ensure long-term success and integration of Alcon’s capital technology platforms.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis to maintain and expand Alcon’s market share, responding proactively to competitor activity and market shifts.
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan with frequent customer visits to provide ongoing support, build strong professional relationships, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, customer interactions, and account data in alignment with company reporting standards.
  • Manage own workload and schedule to consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a remote sales environment.
  • Build and sustain positive working relationships with customers and internal teams to achieve business objectives and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Adapt to diverse clinical environments and work autonomously while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance in a remote field sales role.
