• • The Sr. Associate I, Surgical Field Sales (Professional Path) role at Alcon is critical to driving sales of surgical ophthalmic products and ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned territories, directly contributing to Alcon’s mission of enhancing sight and helping people see brilliantly.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include achieving sales targets, promoting and selling Alcon products through targeted activities, building relationships with key opinion leaders and high-volume users, discovering new business opportunities, executing sales strategies, conducting product demonstrations, maintaining customer databases, performing competitive market analysis, and delivering timely reports on sales activities and customer interactions.
