- • The Chief Commercial Officer, Government Solutions (Medicare) is a foundational C-suite leadership role responsible for establishing Hippocratic AI as the trusted AI partner for Medicare and CMS-administered programs, driving growth and adoption of safe, scalable AI solutions that improve health outcomes for Medicare beneficiaries across Medicare Advantage plans, ACOs, and CMS innovation models.
- • This role sits at the critical intersection of Medicare policy, value-based care innovation, and AI, requiring deep expertise in the Medicare ecosystem to shape commercial strategy, influence product development, and represent the company as a thought leader in government healthcare markets.
- • Day to day, the CCO will develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive adoption of Hippocratic AI's solutions across Medicare Advantage plans, ACOs, and CMS-funded programs, focusing on improving outcomes and reducing costs for Medicare beneficiaries through strategic market positioning and value-based contracting.
- • The CCO will cultivate and expand deep relationships with Medicare Advantage plan executives, ACO leaders, CMS and CMMI officials, health system payers, and strategic partners, serving as the primary executive liaison to key stakeholders shaping the future of Medicare care delivery.
- • Leading high-stakes negotiations and contracting with Medicare Advantage plans, risk-bearing providers, and ACOs, the CCO will structure value-based agreements that align Hippocratic AI's impact with payer and CMS performance goals, ensuring commercial terms reflect clinical and operational realities.
- • Collaborating closely with Product, Clinical, Engineering, and Legal teams, the CCO will translate Medicare regulatory requirements, CMS compliance standards, and operational realities into actionable product roadmap input, ensuring solutions remain clinically relevant, compliant, and aligned with payer needs.
- • The CCO will build and expand strategic alliances with Medicare Advantage plans, health systems, ACOs, pharmacy benefit managers, and technology partners to strengthen Hippocratic AI's Medicare go-to-market strategy and ecosystem presence.
- • By staying current on Medicare policy, CMS rulemaking, STAR ratings, risk adjustment, and value-based care funding dynamics, the CCO will translate policy insights into actionable commercial strategies that anticipate market shifts and regulatory changes.
- • Representing Hippocratic AI at Medicare industry forums, AHIP conferences, CMS stakeholder events, and ACO/MA leadership summits, the CCO will serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for safe, AI-enabled Medicare care improvement, enhancing brand visibility and credibility.
- • Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, the CCO will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, driving revenue growth while fostering a mission-aligned culture committed to improving public health outcomes through safe, innovative AI.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Healthcare Policy, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- • 15+ years of experience in healthcare commercial leadership, with significant experience in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or CMS-administered program markets.
- • Proven success driving revenue growth and closing enterprise-level deals with Medicare Advantage plans, ACOs, health systems, or value-based care organizations.
- • Deep understanding of the Medicare ecosystem, including Medicare Advantage, MSSP, CMMI models, Part D, risk adjustment, STAR ratings, and CMS regulatory frameworks.
- • Extensive, trusted network of senior Medicare Advantage plan executives, CMS officials, ACO and health system leaders, and value-based care industry stakeholders.
- • Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and ability to influence decision-making within Medicare payer organizations, health systems, and CMS-affiliated bodies.
