CDI Product Consultant

📋 Description

• • As a CDI Product Consultant at Waystar Holding Corp., you will join a seasoned Clinical team responsible for the implementation and delivery of the CDI product suite to clients, ensuring best practices are adopted and clinical insights inform product development.
• • Day to day, you will transfer knowledge of the CDI Suite to new and existing client users, provide support to drive adoption of the Aware CDI product suite, manage client experience to meet implementation milestones, monitor KPIs for process improvement, collaborate with Customer Success and Education teams as a clinical subject matter expert, and work with product teams to define clinical elements that shape the product roadmap.
