  • • The Central Study Coordinator – Retention (CSC-R) role at CareAccess Inc. combines clinical research and patient education skills to deliver a strong customer experience for participants in the Future of Medicine program, acting as a virtual partner to individuals interested in clinical research.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing participant retention work, building rapport in a virtual environment, preparing participants for clinical studies through education, organizing and sharing lab results with internal staff, escalating results to physicians when needed, managing retention activity in a tech system, collaborating with CSC-Rs, physicians, and sites, reviewing education materials, identifying new retention strategies, scheduling and facilitating participant calls, and analyzing study protocols to match participants.
