Your role will be pivotal in cultivating strong customer partnerships and expanding the adoption of our advanced service agreements, sophisticated support solutions, and cutting-edge digital asset management technologies.
  • • This is a strategic, customer-facing position where you will leverage your deep technical knowledge and proven sales acumen, particularly within the Pharmaceutical, Chemical Analysis, and Life Sciences industries. You will be responsible for delivering high-value service solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Your success will depend on your ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse, cross-functional team, including inside sales representatives, field sales specialists, service delivery professionals, and business support personnel. Together, you will develop and execute robust account strategies across the states of Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach to customer engagement.

Maintaining exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction will be paramount, achieved through consistent engagement and close alignment with service delivery teams to ensure promises are met and exceeded.

  • • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of analytical instrumentation and service business models, enabling them to effectively communicate the technical and commercial advantages of Agilent's offerings. This position is designed for a motivated and results-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional value to customers in the scientific and life sciences sectors. Your ability to work autonomously while demonstrating strong leadership within a global matrix organization will be key to your success.
