- • The Director of Workforce Solutions Business Development will lead enterprise client acquisition and help establish Ryz Labs' growing Workforce Solutions practice, focusing on scalable recruiting infrastructure and talent acquisition operations for high-growth organizations.
- • Day to day, the role involves identifying and pursuing new workforce solutions opportunities with enterprise organizations, building relationships with CHROs, Heads of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations leaders, and business executives, leading complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close, and working with internal teams to design customized workforce solutions including RPO, embedded recruiting, and talent operations support.
- • The team at Ryz Labs is a remote, distributed startup studio founded in 2021 by entrepreneurs with experience at major tech companies and consumer brands, operating across the US and Latam with a focus on building industry-defining companies through autonomy, ownership, and a bias for action.
- • In this role, the person can learn to shape and scale a new service line within a growing startup studio, develop strategic advisory expertise in workforce and recruiting infrastructure, close large enterprise deals ($500K–$2M+), and contribute to the long-term growth and anchor client establishment of the Workforce Solutions practice.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12+ years of workforce solutions, staffing, or talent services sales
- • Proven experience selling enterprise services such as RPO, embedded recruiting, staffing, or workforce outsourcing
- • Demonstrated success closing $500K–$2M+ services deals
- • Experience working with enterprise HR and talent acquisition leaders
- • Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
