- • Manage all aspects of customer project information within Salesforce CRM and NetSuite ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- • Generate comprehensive sales quotations and proposals aligned with technical requirements and customer-specific needs, coordinating inputs from Engineering, Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams.
- • Lead bid strategy meetings for high-value projects prior to quote submission, providing creative input to optimize win probability and margin contribution.
- • Assume functional ownership of complex multi-million-dollar sales opportunities from RFP receipt through contract execution and smooth handoff to Operations.
- • Maintain daily interactions with key account stakeholders, including customers and external contractors, to gather information, clarify requirements, and drive task completion.
- • Develop, analyze, and present sales performance reports and presentations to internal stakeholders including Account Managers, Sales Directors, and senior leadership.
- • Create and maintain financial sales models that ensure positive contribution margins across all Nextpower sales activities.
- • Track and follow up on 90% of allocated leads, ensuring timely closure and accurate documentation in CRM systems.
- • Standardize and improve proposal templates, bankability binders, and client presentations to enhance efficiency and brand consistency.
- • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management teams to provide sales-driven feedback on new product features and market positioning.
- • Work closely with Customer Care to ensure seamless communication and high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- • Coordinate cross-functional inputs to meet customer deadlines and ensure accurate, complete handoff packages to Operations.
- • Support Sales Operations and Sales Analysis leadership on ad-hoc projects and system enhancements, including CRM reporting modifications and process improvements.
- • Contribute to streamlining internal sales processes to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve overall sales team performance.
- • Travel up to 20% of the time to meet with customers and support key sales initiatives.
- • Achieve and exceed group sales targets through disciplined execution, strategic planning, and consistent follow-through on opportunities.
- • Maintain clean, organized CRM data to enable accurate forecasting and reporting across the Global Sales Team.
