📋 Description

• Serve as the face of Public Cloud Group’s Hyperscaler-agnostic Data & AI practice, driving adoption and change management for AI solutions across enterprise clients in the DACH region.
• Engage with clients during Pre-Sales and Ideation phases to identify business needs, define AI use cases, and articulate strategic value propositions to C-level stakeholders.
• Design and facilitate interactive Discovery, Ideation, and Enablement workshops—both remotely and on-site—with diverse audiences, including technical teams and non-technical executives.
• Evangelize modern AI tools, particularly Google Gemini and Gemini Enterprise, through compelling, practical demonstrations that eliminate user apprehension and build confidence in AI adoption.
• Develop customized adoption strategies to ensure long-term user acceptance and sustainable use of data and AI solutions within client organizations.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and Data & AI engineering teams by defining the ‘What’ and ‘Why’ of AI initiatives, providing clear functional blueprints for implementation.
• Translate complex technological capabilities into tangible business outcomes that resonate with leadership and end-users alike.
• Moderate workshops and discussions with sensitivity and authority, managing resistance and fostering open dialogue among stakeholders with varying levels of AI literacy.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align client expectations with technical delivery, ensuring seamless handoffs and consistent messaging across the client journey.
• Maintain deep familiarity with at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or SAP) and actively explore new AI features and functionalities.
• Represent PCG at client sites across Austria, Germany, and Switzerland, with regular travel required for on-site engagements.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, best practice development, and continuous improvement of PCG’s Change & Adoption methodology for Data & AI.
• Maintain a client-centric mindset, building trust through authenticity, empathy, and clear communication at all organizational levels.
• Stay current with evolving AI trends, tools, and enterprise adoption frameworks to ensure recommendations remain relevant and impactful.
• Support the growth of PCG’s DACH practice by actively participating in internal training, certification programs, and team development initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in consulting, change management, pre-sales, or training with demonstrable workshop moderation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Advanced proficiency as a user in at least one hyperscaler ecosystem (ideally Google Workspace and Gemini), with genuine enthusiasm for exploring new AI capabilities.
• Fluent in German for workshop facilitation and professional communication; fluent in English for client and internal collaboration.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly for on-site client engagements across the DACH region.
• Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking) or change frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and lead groups through complex transformations.
