📋 Description

• As a Change & Adoption Manager in the Data & AI area, you will be the inspiring face of Public Cloud Group’s hyperscaler-agnostic Data & AI offerings, driving user adoption and organizational change around AI solutions.
• You will engage customers early in pre-sales and ideation, facilitating discovery and enablement workshops that translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business value for both C-level stakeholders and end users.
• You will act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, providing functional blueprints to Data & AI engineering teams while ensuring cultural and operational readiness for AI adoption.
• You will develop tailored adoption strategies, lead workshops using methods like Design Thinking or Prosci ADKAR, and demonstrate AI tools such as Google Gemini to reduce resistance and build confidence in AI-driven workflows.
• You will join a growing team of nearly 500 cloud experts across 21 European locations, working in a collaborative, innovative environment passionate about cloud and AI transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in consulting, change management, pre-sales, or training with strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Hands-on proficiency in at least one hyperscaler ecosystem, preferably Google Workspace and Gemini, with enthusiasm for exploring new AI features
• Fluency in German and English, with ability to moderate workshops and communicate complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
