📋 Description
- • As a Change Coordination Specialist at Scout Motors, you will play a critical role in supporting the transformation of an iconic American automotive brand into a modern electric vehicle leader, ensuring that all vehicle and platform changes are properly reviewed, validated, and executed through structured change management processes.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating incoming change requests via the AVON software, reviewing and validating the quality and completeness of change proposals, facilitating cross-functional discussions to resolve risks and align on decisions, preparing decision documents for the Change Management Committee, and maintaining close communication with engineering and product line leadership to ensure timely execution.
- • You will join a mission-driven, innovative team at Scout Motors that values respect for heritage, innovation, and community, working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where collaboration across engineering, program management, and operations is essential to bringing next-generation electric vehicles to market.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in automotive change management processes, strengthen your ability to lead cross-functional alignment under pressure, gain visibility into vehicle development lifecycles from concept to production, and contribute to improving organizational processes that support Scout’s growth as a new EV manufacturer.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- • 5-7 years of experience in an automotive environment, preferably in Change Coordination or Program Management
- • Strong communication skills (interpersonal, presentation, written) with ability to guide cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- • Proven track record of involvement in automotive projects from concept phase to series production
- • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple project teams and meet deadlines
- • Experience with VW Group processes and tools (preferred)
