- • The Change Coordinator at Rush Street Interactive is responsible for coordinating complex changes with multiple stakeholders, managing deployment/change activities, and maintaining clear communication throughout the change lifecycle. This role ensures compliance with gaming regulations and supports the company’s mission to deliver integrated online, social, and land-based gaming experiences.
- • Day to day, the Change Coordinator prepares release notes for regulatory compliance, coordinates changes with internal and external parties, communicates with project and release management teams, consolidates tasks into delivery plans, tracks progress, manages information flow, resolves deployment issues, and gathers metrics for continuous improvement.
- • Rush Street Interactive (NYSE: RSI) is a market leader in online casino and sports betting, operating brands such as BetRivers.com, PlaySugarHouse.com, and RushBet.co. The company builds bridges between online, social, and land-based gaming to create integrated player experiences and values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
- • In this role, the person can develop expertise in change management within a regulated gaming environment, strengthen stakeholder coordination and communication skills, gain experience in deployment lifecycle oversight, and contribute to process optimization while working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and supportive team culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred (no specific field required)
- • 2+ years of work experience in IT or an adjacent field with IT education
- • Excellent communication skills
