📋 Description

• • The Change Management Specialist will support a large team of network engineers and technical project managers driving a large network technology refresh program for a major global bank, ensuring enterprise office networks are upgraded to a state-of-the-art architecture for thousands of employees worldwide.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting engineers with submitting changes in ServiceNow, tracking changes through their lifecycle, securing approvals, following up with task owners, monitoring SLA compliance, reporting risks, attending CAB calls, organizing internal change calls, and assisting with JIRA updates and project documentation.
