- • The Channel Account Director - East Coast role at Filigran SAS is a strategic position focused on building and scaling a high-quality ecosystem of VARs, Distributors, and MSSPs across the eastern regions of the US and Canada to drive predictable revenue growth through partner-led go-to-market initiatives.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning the full partner lifecycle—recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and managing VARs, distributors, and MSSPs—while driving joint account mapping, co-selling, executive alignment, and deal structuring with sales teams, leading partner sales training and technical enablement, managing pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy, and creating partner enablement collateral and demand-generation campaigns with Marketing.

- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in channel strategy within high-growth cybersecurity, influence global partnership programs, gain exposure to cross-functional leadership (Sales, Marketing, Product), and drive measurable impact on regional revenue and partner ecosystem maturity through data-driven processes and strategic initiative ownership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–10+ years of experience in North America channel/partner sales for cybersecurity vendors with consistent quota overachievement
- • Proven success building and scaling VAR, distributor, and MSSP partnerships in North America, including recruiting, onboarding, enablement, joint planning, and co-selling
- • Strong commercial acumen and experience structuring deals that balance partner profitability with company goals
- • Extensive trusted relationships with leading VARs, distributors, and MSSPs in the eastern US and Canada region
- • Ability to position cybersecurity and threat intelligence offerings, with familiarity in CTI/TIPs, SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, and experience coordinating technical enablement with sales engineers
- • Excellent CRM hygiene, rigorous pipeline management, forecasting skills, and data-driven operational discipline
