- • As a Channel Account Executive at Blackpoint Cyber, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by engaging with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and expanding the company’s presence in the MSP market. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s mission of delivering national security-grade cybersecurity solutions to commercial customers worldwide, leveraging the expertise of former NSA cyber operations professionals.
- • You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with MSPs, understanding their unique cybersecurity challenges, and positioning Blackpoint’s solutions as the ideal choice to meet their needs. This role is crucial in expanding the customer base and achieving sales targets in a high-growth, Series C-funded organization.
- • Prospect and initiate contact with net new MSP clients, engaging in consultative discussions to understand their cybersecurity pain points and business requirements.
- • Develop a strong network of relationships with MSPs, serving as their initial primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- • Conduct product trials and proof-of-concepts, effectively showcasing the value of our solutions to potential clients.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to create persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and pain points of each MSP.
- • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and nurturing relationships with MSPs.
- • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- • Share feedback and insights with the product and marketing teams to influence future product development and marketing strategies.
