  • • Drive broker-sourced pipeline by activating and scaling relationships across Deel’s broker partner ecosystem, ensuring consistent generation of high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
  • • Proactively identify, source, and qualify leads from broker books of business, client networks, and referral channels using structured outreach and clear qualification standards.
  • • Own end-to-end relationships with assigned broker partners, unlocking access to accounts and facilitating warm introductions to support Deel’s go-to-market objectives.
  • • Enable broker partners through regular working sessions on ideal customer profiles, buying triggers, use cases, and referral best practices to increase conversion rates and partner effectiveness.
  • • Partner closely with Account Executives to introduce, co-sell, and support broker-sourced opportunities with clean handoffs and detailed deal context to ensure seamless progression through the sales cycle.
  • • Act as the primary connective tissue between broker partners and internal go-to-market teams, collaborating with Partner Managers, Channel SDRs, and Core Sales to align on strategy and execution.
  • • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene by accurately logging all broker interactions, pipeline movements, forecasts, and activity metrics to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • • Report on broker activity, performance trends, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for scaling successful motions and optimizing underperforming partnerships.
  • • Operate with strong commercial judgment to prioritize high-potential broker relationships and allocate time and resources effectively across a distributed partner network.
  • • Navigate ambiguous environments to build new channel motions and adapt strategies based on evolving broker behaviors, market conditions, and internal feedback.
  • • Travel as required to meet with key broker partners, attend industry events, and strengthen relationships through in-person engagement.
  • • Leverage Deel’s AI-powered payroll and HR platform to understand customer pain points and articulate how broker-sourced prospects benefit from Deel’s global compliance, payroll, and benefits infrastructure.
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of Deel’s customer base, including worker types supported in 150+ countries, multi-currency payroll capabilities, and benefits coverage in 109 countries to effectively communicate value to broker partners.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between marketing, partner enablement, and sales operations in support of channel growth initiatives.
  • • Apply organizational skills to manage multiple broker relationships simultaneously while maintaining visibility into each partner’s pipeline, performance, and strategic potential.
  • • Contribute to continuous improvement of the broker channel program by providing feedback on partner needs, pain points, and opportunities for scaling.
  • • Represent Deel with professionalism and integrity, upholding the company’s commitment to inclusivity, fairness, and global work innovation.
