- • As a Channel Account Executive, Venture Capital at Deel, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s growth by building and scaling high-impact partnerships within the venture capital and startup ecosystem. This role is critical to Deel’s mission of unlocking global opportunity, as you will directly contribute to revenue generation by identifying, activating, and nurturing channel partners who refer and co-sell Deel’s all-in-one HR and payroll platform to high-growth startups and VC-backed companies. Your work will help Deel expand its footprint in one of its most strategic customer segments, enabling innovative companies to hire, pay, and manage talent compliantly across borders.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and prioritizing high-potential venture capital firms, accelerators, and startup ecosystems as channel partners; developing and executing partner acquisition strategies tailored to the VC landscape; co-selling with internal Account Executives to close partner-referred opportunities and own the resulting pipeline and ARR; designing and managing partner onboarding, enablement, and incentive programs to drive activation and performance; creating and optimizing co-marketing initiatives such as joint webinars, events, and content campaigns to generate qualified leads; collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Operations teams to align on go-to-market strategies and remove friction in the partner journey; and maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- • You will join a dynamic, globally distributed team of over 7,000 Deelites spanning more than 100 countries and speaking 74 languages, united by a shared mission to build the infrastructure for the future of work. The Channel Partnerships team operates at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product, leveraging Deel’s rapid growth—backed by a $17.3 billion valuation and over $1 billion in ARR—to innovate at scale. - • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS channel sales, partnership ecosystems, and venture capital go-to-market strategies. You’ll gain experience in scaling partner programs in a high-growth environment, mastering cross-functional collaboration, and using data-driven insights to optimize partner performance. 🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, channel sales, strategic alliances, or ecosystem-led revenue roles.
- • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable revenue outcomes through partners, not just manage relationships.
- • Strong understanding of the venture capital and startup ecosystem, with the ability to build and leverage senior relationships.
- • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to write compelling partner outreach, enablement, and campaign copy.
- • Strong research, prioritization, and commercial judgment skills.
- • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity and ownership.
