Channel Account Manager

📋 Description

• • The Channel Account Manager is responsible for managing and supporting Lytx’s partner ecosystem across the region, ensuring partners are enabled, operationally effective, and positioned to grow. This role acts as the connective tissue between partners and Lytx’s internal functions, enabling revenue generation teams to focus on pipeline creation and closing while ensuring partner success.
• • Day to day, the role involves acting as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners (outside of commercial), supporting partner account planning, assisting with pipeline hygiene and forecasting, supporting partner onboarding and enablement, coordinating cross-functionally with operations, support, billing, and client success teams, partnering with marketing on regional campaigns and events, and maintaining operational excellence through reporting and performance tracking.
