  • • As a Channel Account Manager at 7AI, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of channel partners—including VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, and distributors—within your assigned territory, acting as the critical link between the company and its go-to-market ecosystem. This role is pivotal in scaling 7AI’s market reach by empowering partners to effectively sell and deliver AI-driven cybersecurity solutions, directly contributing to revenue growth and brand expansion in competitive security markets.
  • • You will operate at the strategic intersection of sales, partner enablement, and market strategy, translating 7AI’s technological differentiation into actionable partner value. Your success will be measured by your ability to cultivate trust, drive co-selling motions, and increase partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, making you a key architect of the company’s indirect sales engine.
  • • Day to day, you will develop and nurture deep, trust-based relationships with channel partners, serving as their main point of contact and internal advocate within 7AI, ensuring their needs are heard and addressed across product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • • You will own and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets, actively managing deal registration, forecasting, and revenue attainment while initiating and executing joint go-to-market campaigns, co-selling motions, and solution packaging initiatives tailored to partner strengths and customer needs.
  • • You will design, deliver, and continuously improve enablement programs—including training sessions, certification paths, demo scripts, and battle cards—that equip partner sales and technical teams with the knowledge and tools to confidently position, demonstrate, and sell 7AI’s AI-powered security platform.
  • • You will conduct regular business reviews with partners, analyzing performance metrics such as pipeline contribution, deal velocity, win rates, and revenue attainment, then translate these insights into data-driven recommendations for sales leadership and partner development strategies.
  • • You will collaborate closely with internal teams—including product, marketing, and customer success—to ensure partners receive timely updates on product releases, competitive positioning, and market trends, enabling them to stay ahead in fast-evolving threat landscapes.
  • • You will maintain accurate partner activity records in CRM systems, forecast revenue with precision, and provide consistent pipeline visibility to support accurate company-wide forecasting and resource planning.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliances with a documented history of driving revenue through indirect sales channels
  • • Mandatory cybersecurity industry experience, including familiarity with security operations center (SOC) functions, threat detection methodologies, or AI-driven security technologies
  • • Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate regional market dynamics, including knowledge of key players, competitive landscapes, and partner ecosystems in your territory
  • • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders and technical decision-makers
  • • Highly organized, self-directed, and adept at managing a large, diverse partner portfolio in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
  • • Willingness and ability to travel within your assigned territory as required to engage partners face-to-face
