- • As a Channel Account Manager for the Great Lakes region at Arctic Wolf Networks, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence by driving sales through strategic channel partnerships in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio Valley, and Greater Chicago. This role is critical to Arctic Wolf’s mission of ending cyber risk, as you will be responsible for growing revenue by enabling and managing relationships with Select Partner-level accounts that deliver the company’s award-winning Aurora Platform and managed detection and response services to organizations across the region.
- • You will establish and nurture productive, professional relationships with key personnel at assigned partner organizations, serving as the primary Arctic Wolf liaison to align goals, resolve challenges, and unlock new sales opportunities. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales quotas through accurate forecasting, proactive opportunity identification, and disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce.
- • Day to day, you will build and execute partner enablement and training plans tailored to your territory, ensuring partners are equipped with the knowledge and resources to effectively sell and support Arctic Wolf’s solutions. This includes coordinating internal company resources—such as technical support, service teams, and management—to meet partner performance objectives and exceed expectations.
- • You will lead joint business planning sessions with partners and distribution allies to define mutual performance objectives, set critical milestones (including certification timelines), and create actionable go-to-market strategies that drive technology adoption and revenue growth in your assigned region.
- • A core responsibility involves proactively identifying and recruiting new qualifying channel partners who align with Arctic Wolf’s ideal partner profile, expanding the footprint of trusted advisors capable of delivering the Aurora Platform to end customers.
- • You will manage and mitigate potential channel conflict by fostering transparent communication both internally and externally, strictly adhering to Arctic Wolf’s channel program guidelines to ensure fairness, trust, and long-term partner loyalty.
- • Arctic Wolf is a recognized leader in cybersecurity, honored with accolades including placement on the Forbes Cloud 100, CNBC Disruptor 50, Fortune Future 50, and Fortune Cyber 60 lists, as well as the 2024 CRN Products of the Year award and a Leader position in the IDC MarketScape for Managed Detection and Response. The company serves over 7,000 customers globally through more than 2,000 channel partners, reflecting a strong and growing ecosystem you will help expand.
- • You will join a culture celebrated for its inclusivity and innovation, recognized as a Top Workplace USA and Best Place to Work for multiple consecutive years, where diversity of thought is valued through initiatives like Pack Unity and a commitment to corporate responsibility via the Pledge 1% movement. In this role, you will develop deep expertise in channel sales strategy, cybersecurity solution positioning, and partner ecosystem management—skills that are highly transferable and in demand across the technology and security industries.
