  • • As a Channel Account Manager - MSP at Arctic Wolf Networks, you will drive growth by building and managing strategic relationships with Managed Service Provider partners, directly contributing to the company’s mission to End Cyber Risk through the Aurora Platform and partner-led security operations.
  • • Day to day, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key MSP stakeholders, develop and execute partner enablement plans, lead joint business planning, collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and support teams, influence pipeline development in Salesforce, consistently meet or exceed revenue and pipeline goals, drive adoption of Arctic Wolf’s solutions, onboard and develop new high-potential partners, and proactively manage channel dynamics and conflict resolution.
  • • You will join a high-growth, award-winning cybersecurity leader recognized by Forbes, CNBC, Fortune, CRN, Gartner, and IDC MarketScape, with over 7,000 customers and 2,000 channel partners globally, where the MSP Account Management team is based in Eden Prairie, MN and operates with a remote-first culture supported by regular HQ visits.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in cybersecurity channel strategy, deepen your ability to influence technical and executive audiences, master joint go-to-market execution, and grow your impact as a trusted advisor to partners — positioning yourself for advancement in sales leadership, partner ecosystem strategy, or enterprise cybersecurity sales within a company committed to innovation, inclusion, and corporate responsibility.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of channel sales, partner management, or territory management experience in cybersecurity, networking, or SaaS
  • • Strong understanding of MSP go-to-market models and partner ecosystems
  • • Experience developing and executing joint business and marketing plans with partners
  • • Proven track record in pipeline generation, forecasting, and closing partner-driven opportunities
  • • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
