📋 Description

  • • As a Channel Director – Southeast at Semperis Ltd., you will serve as the primary leader and point of contact for building and scaling mutually profitable relationships with referral partners, resellers, and value-added resellers (VARs) across the Southeastern United States, directly supporting the company’s 100% Channel Sales Model and driving revenue growth through strategic partner ecosystems.
  • • You will recruit and onboard strategically aligned partnerships with top-tier consulting firms, advisory organizations, and global system integrators, ensuring alignment with Semperis’s cybersecurity and identity and access management (IAM) solutions while establishing clear mutual value propositions and go-to-market plans.
  • • You will drive partner-sourced pipeline growth by executing ‘Sell With’ and ‘Sell Through’ strategies in close collaboration with Semperis field sales teams, coordinating joint sales efforts, identifying target accounts, and accelerating deal velocity through partner-led engagements across the Southeast region.
  • • You will maintain accurate revenue forecasting and ensure comprehensive documentation of all partner activities within Salesforce (SFDC CRM), including pipeline stages, deal registration, performance metrics, and partner engagement history to enable data-driven decision-making and executive reporting.
  • • You will plan, coordinate, and participate in joint marketing initiatives with partners, including in-person events, webinars, co-branded content, and demand generation campaigns designed to increase market awareness and generate qualified leads for both Semperis and its partners.
  • • You will lead enablement efforts by designing and delivering training sessions, coordinating certification programs, and providing ongoing education for partner sales, pre-sales, and services teams to ensure deep product knowledge, effective positioning, and consistent messaging around Semperis’s Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) and Active Directory security solutions.
  • • You will proactively uncover new business opportunities through channel partners by attending customer meetings alongside partner sales representatives, identifying upsell/cross-sell potential, and supporting joint pursuit of complex enterprise deals in cyber risk, disaster recovery, and identity resilience markets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Over 10 years of verifiable channel sales experience with leading cybersecurity and IAM resellers, including proven success in building, enabling, and monetizing high-performing partner relationships.
  • • Demonstrated track record of surpassing channel sales targets and driving sustained revenue growth through strategic partner-sourced pipeline development in the Southeastern US market.
  • • Deep expertise in modern sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, BANT) and strategic territory planning, with experience managing annual quotas tied to partner-influenced revenue and resale targets.
  • • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in high-visibility, fast-paced environments.
  • • Recent history of working with regional and boutique resellers engaged in the CyberRisk and Disaster Recovery markets, with ability to uncover new business opportunities through partner networks.
  • • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC CRM) for accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and documentation of partner activities and performance metrics.
