- • The Channel Distribution Manager at Arctic Wolf will serve as the primary liaison to distributor partners, developing and executing distributor plans with variable rebates and goals to drive revenue and market expansion.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building executive-level relationships with distributors, managing matrixed relationships with indirect reports, setting measurable goals, conducting impactful QBRs with actionable follow-ups, training distributor sales teams on Arctic Wolf solutions, and collaborating across business units and alliances to achieve regional objectives.
- • Arctic Wolf is a cybersecurity leader recognized on the Forbes Cloud 100, CNBC Disruptor 50, Fortune Future 50, and Fortune Cyber 60 lists, and a Leader in IDC MarketScape for Managed Detection and Response, with a mission to End Cyber Risk through its Aurora Platform and global partner ecosystem.
- • In this role, the individual will drive demand generation through channel campaigns, enable partner success via certification training and sales enablement, lead complex projects, develop innovative business models, and contribute directly to Arctic Wolf’s growth by influencing distributor performance and strategic account outcomes.

- • Successful sales experience with a channel-focused company and 2-tier distributors
- • Proven track record of successful product management within a 2-tier model
- • Knowledge of cybersecurity technology and leverage within a 2-tier model
- • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities and work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
- • Analytical thinker with proven ability to metric and govern
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
