  • • As a Channel Manager at Lovable Labs Inc., you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market reach by cultivating strategic, long-term relationships with key channel partners. Your work will directly influence how Lovable’s innovative software creation platform is adopted and scaled across enterprise and mid-market organizations through trusted third-party ecosystems. This role is critical to accelerating Lovable’s growth by aligning partner incentives with company objectives and ensuring the platform becomes a preferred go-to-market solution for agencies and technology consultants.
  • • On a day-to-day basis, you will: develop and deliver compelling narratives that clearly articulate Lovable’s unique value proposition compared to competing solutions; manage and nurture business development referrals and co-selling opportunities by guiding partners on how to effectively leverage Lovable to solve client challenges; drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align on go-to-market strategies, optimize platform positioning, and resolve partner-facing challenges; lead joint sales initiatives with Partner Managers and sales leadership to identify, qualify, and close co-sell opportunities, including designing structured programs that increase Lovable’s penetration in target accounts; and engage C-suite and senior executives at partner organizations to secure executive sponsorship, embed Lovable into their strategic roadmaps, and prioritize the platform in client pursuits through consultative, trust-based engagement.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in account management, channel development, or sales, preferably within the AI, SaaS, or technology sector
  • • Proven ability to build and maintain strong executive-level relationships and influence stakeholders across organizations
  • • Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional collaboration and leading joint sales or co-selling initiatives to closure
